The Nintendo Selects Collection has a few new entries this summer!
Each game with the red and gold Nintendo Selects label has been lowered to the $19.99 price. The new 3DS titles are: Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Tomodachi Life, Lego City: Undercover, Nintendogs & Cats, and Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Mood.
The Wii U titles that have been added previously to the collection are: Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, Nintendo Land and Lego City Undercover.
A few other games that were already in the Nintendo Selects Collection are: Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Pikmin 3, Super Mario World: 3D World, and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze
There are several other Wii, Wii U, and 3DS games included in the collection from earlier years. These games can be purchased both in physical retail form and downloaded directly from the eShop. Nintendo’s Selects tend to be popular titles that have been released for about two years or more. Releasing the titles under a smaller price tag during the summer months is a smart marketing strategy.
