GameStop has announced that it will be the exclusive retailer who will be selling a special edition of Activision’s upcoming Skylanders Swap Force title, the third entry into the franchise which is hitting pretty much every platform when it launches later this year.
The Skylanders Swap Force Dark Edition will contain five Dark Edition figurines that are Dark Washbuckler, Dark Blast Zone, Dark Stealth Elf, Dark Spyro and Dark Slobber Tooth. The edition will also come with a copy of the game, a portal of power (in case you already didn’t have one!) a poster, five sticker sheets, five trading cards and some secret codes.
Currently, the Swap Force Dark Edition is listed for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and the Wii U and has a price tag of $99.99 ($119) which is $25 more than the standard edition but baring in mind that you get five figures then it actually sounds like a pretty good deal considering all the extras you also get.
