So it’s no secret now that there will be a follow up to EpicGames, Gears Of War franchise. We can confirm that the upcoming game will not be titled Gears Of War: 4 but will be called Gears Of War: Judgement. This leaves us to think they will go in different route with the series. Perhaps something similar to Halos ODST is not a far stretch of the imagination.
We also have news to believe that the developers at People Can Fly who created the BulletStorm title, will also be involved in this project. BulletStorm: was an imaginative good First Person Shooter that was more about killing enemies in the most creative way possible instead of just straight out killing enemies.
So you would wonder. A team known for an FPS working on a Gears game could lead to an imaginative spin off set in the Gears universe. We know that the stars of Judgement will be a much younger looking Damon Baird and Augustus Cole aka “Cole Train”, who you would remember from previous Gears titles.
Perhaps this will give us a good background story as to how the two characters came to be in Delta Squad along with Gears Of War series protagonist Marcus Fenix and Gears Of War deuteragonist Dominic Santiago.
