Amazon seemingly jumped the gun and leaked Sony’s suspected God of War reveal by publishing the game’s product page a day early.
God of War: Ascension may be a prequel to the original trilogy, long before Kratos killed Aries to become the God of War. Little else is known about the story. The Amazon listing states “Join Kratos as he seeks freedom, redemption, and the clarity to avenge his family in the most ambitious God of War adventure in the series so far.”
