Deconstructeam and Devolver Digital will be bringing the long-awaited Gods Will Be Watching to Steam this week.
Quite the media darling, Gods Will Be Watching, is a point-and-click game where players are forced to make the hardest of hard decisions in order to survive. The game will push your ethics to a breaking point and then gleefully watch you squirm.
“There is no right or wrong choice. You are the only judge of your actions.” And there in itself is the moral dilemma. Will you do things differently because there is no one there to judge your actions?
Players will be put in situations where they will need to solve puzzles. How you approach them from a story perspective and ethically will have consequences moving forward in the game. An example of this would be, do you devour your friends in order to survive or is it easier than trying to find other food sources.
