The Fullbright Company made a trio of announcements today related to Gone Home, which released back in August.
To start, the game is getting a free update today that brings with it a new Commentary Mode, which includes new behind-the-scenes audio content from the Fullbright team, as well as Sarah Grayson, the voice of Sam, Chris Remo, the composer of the original score, and Corin Tucker, lead singer of Heavens to Betsy. The game’s soundtrack has also made it’s way to Chris Remo’s bandcamp page, so give it a listen, or another listen for those that have played the game already.
Lastly, Gone Home is receiving a nice 50% discount for the next 48 hours, bringing it to a low price of $9.99. You can get it from Steam, the game’s website or the Mac App Store.
As someone who has been waiting for the inevitable Steam sale so that he could finally play Gone Home, I couldn’t appreciate this more. in fact, I’m downloading the game as you read this.
