Grandia 2, a popular JRPG from yesteryear, has received a re-release on Steam and GOG through mobile game company, Gungho.
Often touted as one of the JRPG masterpieces of our time, Game Arts’ Grandia 2 was originally released on the Dreamcast to much fanfare, followed by a much less popular port to the Playstation 2. After a sequel that seemingly went under the radar for many, the series disappeared entirely.
Fortunately Gungho has brought back this classic sporting a number of new features, including higher resolutions, original Japanese voice work, and even a new hard mode. The Steam version in particular also comes with a variety of Steam goodies like cards and achivements.
The game is available from both platforms on sale for $14.99 right now. If you love classic JRPGs, then you owe it to yourself to check this game out.
