<p>It has been announced that <a class="zem_slink" title="Demolition derby" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demolition_derby" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia">Demolition Derby</a> mode is now available for Grid 2. The community requested return will feature the Detroit Demolition Derby Stadium, a dual configurable map that is playable both single player or online with up to 12 other players. Also included in this free-to-download <a class="zem_slink" title="Downloadable content" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downloadable_content" target="_blank" rel="wikipedia">DLC</a> pack is the Jupiter Eagle Ray Mk 5 Demolition Derby car and a range of stock, customizable liveries.</p>
<p><a class="zem_slink" title="Codemasters" href="http://www.codemasters.com/" target="_blank" rel="homepage">Codemasters</a> have stated that the mode showcases the superior graphics and Damage Engine of Grid 2 like nothing else and if the screenshots below are anything to go by, they weren&#8217;t joking.</p>
<p>Although PlayStation 3 owners won&#8217;t receive the DLC pack until next week, PC and Xbox 360 players can enjoy Demolition Derby mode today. I guess you PS3 owners will have to make do with these stunning screenshots for now.</p>
