It has been announced that Demolition Derby mode is now available for Grid 2. The community requested return will feature the Detroit Demolition Derby Stadium, a dual configurable map that is playable both single player or online with up to 12 other players. Also included in this free-to-download DLC pack is the Jupiter Eagle Ray Mk 5 Demolition Derby car and a range of stock, customizable liveries.
Codemasters have stated that the mode showcases the superior graphics and Damage Engine of Grid 2 like nothing else and if the screenshots below are anything to go by, they weren’t joking.
Although PlayStation 3 owners won’t receive the DLC pack until next week, PC and Xbox 360 players can enjoy Demolition Derby mode today. I guess you PS3 owners will have to make do with these stunning screenshots for now.
