GTA V’s Latest Patch Could Be Messing Up Its Graphics

If you’ve noticed anything funny about Grand Theft Auto V on your Playstation 4 or Xbox One, you’re not alone. Players are now claiming that ever since the game’s 1.08 patch hit, the game’s graphics are a bit less than remastered.

Just how worse off Los Santos’s visuals are is up to the eye of the beholder, but according to one player below, it’s rather significant. On its support site, Rockstar’s officially commented on the issue, saying:

“We are aware of some graphical issues on the Xbox One and PS4 versions of GTAV after the most recent Title Update, and we are investigating a fix now.”

While the company’s yet to give any launch window for a quick “fix,” some players have reported that the game’s frame-rate is fixed at the very least. Now all that’s left is to get back the same visual polish.

On the subject of graphics, GTA V‘s PC port and heists are still due in April (Its console versions finally have them now), though we’re sure any patches for its 4K streets are going to be a lot more cautious.
