Grand Theft Auto V may just be a game that has everything, but it’s getting one doodad more for current-gen console owners.
Announcing the winners of its Ill Gotten Gains filmmaking contest, GTA developer Rockstar snuck in a very juicy news bite for gamers in love with the game’s “Rockstar” video editor.
“The upcoming launch of the Rockstar Editor for PS4 and Xbox One as the next update to Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online means the next Rockstar Editor Contest will be the first one with entries across all three platforms,” Rockstar wrote.
Rockstar declined to specify whether or not the editor will be as detailed as on PC, but the studio has suggested that you get used to it once it hits, because its next video contest will be available to gamers on all three platforms.
We loved GTA V on every platform it’s been released for, last-gen or current-gen.
