After an advertisement on the German version of the Xbox 360 Dashboard suggested that Halo 4’s numerous map map packs would launch 10th December, 25th February and 1st April, many were cautious of it is was a troll or if it was in fact true.
Since the story originally broke, Microsoft has confirmed that the three map packs (Crimson Pack, Majestic Pack and Castle Pack) will launch in December, February and April although did not give a specific date as to when each DLC pack would be released.
If you have already purchased the War Games Pass you’ll get all of these Map Packs for “free” whilst those who have not can most likely expect to pay around 800 Microsoft Points for each one.
