Halo 5’s Spartans Aren’t Playing Very Nice This October

We’ve known for some time that Master Chief’s journey was going to be coming to an end, but now we know that The Demon has at least one very harsh critic in Agent Locke.

Starring the behind-the-scenes man of last year’s Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Halo 5‘s latest ad sees the UNSC’s Agent Locke finally finding his quarry at his most vulnerable. Master Chief, it seems, has been a very bad Spartan – so bad that Locke might even be there to save us all from Chief himself.

Attached to the ad spot is, believe it or not, a release date. According to it, Halo 5 will be in your hands  October 27th of this year – yes, this year, not even 2016 (hopefully). Developer 343 Industries recently released a beta for the game’s online multiplayer and according to us, it was a little rough, but still a lot of fun.

What do you think Master Chief’s done this time? Share your ideas with us in the comments below and let us know just you want from Halo 5 – multiplayer, single-player, everything.
