Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live Will Bring Famous Vocaloid to PlayStation VR

<p>It&&num;8217&semi;s a bit of a novel experience by the sounds of it&comma; but Hatsune Miku fans can rejoice at the prospect of seeing one of the most popular Vocaloids in their living room&period; Well&comma; kind of&period; <em>Hatsune Miku&colon; VR Future Live <&sol;em>will be coming to PlayStation VR on October 14th&comma; 2016&period; For those keeping track&comma; that&&num;8217&semi;s one day after the VR headset officially launches&period; No price has been given as of yet&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The experience will transport players to a virtual stadium where Hatsune Miku will perform before their very eyes&period; Situated amongst a crowd of fans&comma; <em>VR Future Live <&sol;em>looks to provide fans with a &&num;8220&semi;palpably electric&&num;8221&semi; level of immersion&period; Knowing how huge Miku is&comma; it isn&&num;8217&semi;t surprising at all that this is going to be released&period; But wait&comma; there is an actual game incorporated into this experience&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The player&&num;8217&semi;s controller will act as a glowstick in the stadium&comma; and players will have to help cheer on Miku as she performs&period; To do so&comma; players will need to time their waving of the glowstick with the crowd and the song&period; A voltage meter fills up as this is successfully completed&period; What is the benefit of maxing out the meter&quest; Well&comma; players will get a one-on-one experience with Hatsune Miku as she performs her encore&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Rated T for Teen&comma; the game will release later this year&period; As someone who actually enjoys Hatsune Miku for the most part&comma; I hope to get my hands on this at some point to see what&&num;8217&semi;s up&period; If you&&num;8217&semi;re at Gamescom right now&comma; you can get a hands-on demo of <em>Hatsune Miku&colon; VR Future Live <&sol;em>at the Sony PlayStation booth&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Source&colon; Sega Press Release<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
