Square Enix’s previously mobile only tactical RPG, Heavenstrike Rivals has now come to PC via Steam.
Heavenstrike Rivals, developed by Mediatonic, is a free-to-play tactical RPG with online multiplayer battles. With over 700 units at your disposal, you enter a war-torn world on the brink of extinction and face other players in regular battles, league battles, and special arena tournaments for PvP leaderboards.
The game currently has over two million players on the mobile versions of the game, and if you are one of them and want to play the PC version, you can synch your accounts on both platforms through Facebook. In addition, you can play with players on both PC and mobile, no matter what version you have.
Despite this being a new IP, Final Fantasy fans might be glad to see characters designed by Final Fantasy Tactics Advance character designer Ryoma Ito, and music from Ryo Yamazaki, who worked on Final Fantasy XIV in the game.
Those who collect Steam Trading Cards and Achievements will also be happy to know that the game supports both features.
Heavenstrike Rivals is now available as a free-to-play game on PC, Android, and iOS.
