Hitman’s First Season Concludes This Halloween in Japan

It’s hard not to be impressed with how well Io-Interactive has managed to revitalize the Hitman franchise. Breaking the game up piece-meal, Agent 47 has traveled across the world and players have been hooked to its open-ended mission design. It all ends on October 31st though, when 47 heads to Hokkaido, Japan for his sixth and final mission.

The final mission in the season will be a “culmination of everything players will have learnt in terms of both gameplay and story.” Entitled “Situs Inversus”, it will take place in the GAMA private hospital and resort. There will be two targets for 47 to dispatch in the area which blends traditional Japanese culture and architecture with brand new technology.

While this is the end of the first season of Hitman, it is likely not going to be the end of the series as the goal was announced to have three seasons.
