The Hobbit’s Lego game is only to include the storyline from the first two Hobbit films. A rumor is circulating about DLC for Lego: The Hobbit containing the third and final film’s story. If the DLC rumor is true, it would explain the reasoning behind releasing Lego: The Hobbit before the third movie’s release and not including the story in the game.
Warner Brothers, who owns the rights, has yet to confirm the DLC. Lego: The Hobbit video game is launching April 8, 2014 for 3DS, Wii U, PS4, PS3, Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
