The former creative director of Ubisoft Montreal, Clint Hocking, has now become a former employee of LucasArts after only a two-year stay. Some may remember him as the creative lead on FarCry 2 and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, both well received installments in their respective franchises. After the excitement surrounding his arrival to the Star Wars concentrated game developer, he has already chosen a new place of employment as he wrote in his blog, “I already have something lined up…”

He has not yet released where he will be moving to but it must be an upgrade as he is leaving during the development of the promising upcoming release Star Wars 1313. Some believe that his departure signifies some sort of internal trouble within LucasArts, but, as of now, all we have is speculation. Expect to see him working on high-profile projects wherever he is headed now.
