Horizon: Zero Dawn Gets New Game Plus Mode And More

<p><em>Horizon&colon; Zero Dawn<&sol;em> has been a massive success for Sony and Guerrilla Games for the PlayStation 4&period; Easily one of the best games of the year&comma; Guerrilla managed to pull off a great action adventure game&comma; and it&&num;8217&semi;s about to get even better&period; While the first DLC for the game is still a little ways off&comma; Guerrilla has released a <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;community&period;eu&period;playstation&period;com&sol;t5&sol;Horizon-Zero-Dawn&sol;Latest-Updates&sol;m-p&sol;24971132">brand new update<&sol;a> for the game that adds a number of interesting new features that fans will want to make note of&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;127226" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-127226" style&equals;"width&colon; 1000px" class&equals;"wp-caption aligncenter"><img class&equals;"size-large wp-image-127226" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cdn&period;bagogames&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2017&sol;07&sol;06085555&sol;3079323-horizonzerodawn&lowbar;e32016&lowbar;grazer&lowbar;1465873571-1024x576&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" width&equals;"1000" height&equals;"563" &sol;><figcaption id&equals;"caption-attachment-127226" class&equals;"wp-caption-text">Horizon&colon; Zero Dawn&comma; Sony&period;<&sol;figcaption><&sol;figure>&NewLine;<p>The first key thing is the addition of New Game Plus mode&comma; so players can replay through Aloy&&num;8217&semi;s adventure with all of the gear that they have&comma; but with new challenges&period; On top of that is Ultra Hard mode&comma; for an even greater challenge&period; It also appears that enemies have been tweaked and will pose an even greater challenge for players&period;  In addition to these two new modes there have been two new trophies added&comma; for completing the game in both New Game Plus and Ultra Hard mode&period; There are also enhanced weapons and outfits to be earned&comma; giving players more things to play with as they work through the game for their second go around&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Many were expecting New Game Plus to come packaged alongside the first <em>Horizon&colon; Zero Dawn<&sol;em> DLC&comma; <em>The Frozen Wilds<&sol;em>&comma; but it is a pleasure to see that Guerrilla has dropped it early letting players dive in some more before the DLC drops&period; <em>The Frozen Wilds<&sol;em> is set to arrive sometime later this year&comma; but is expected to be a substantial package with about ten hours of gameplay&comma; and a whole new area to explore that many have agreed looks like Yellowstone national park&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Horizon&colon; Zero Dawn<&sol;em> has easily been one of the best gaming experiences of 2017&comma; and it&&num;8217&semi;s nice to see Guerrilla continuing to support the game and add in the things that players want&comma; especially a way to extend the life of a great game past finishing it&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Will you be playing through again on New Game Plus&comma; or try Ultra Hard mode&quest; Let us know if you are itching for more adventures with Aloy in the comments below&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
