It is now official, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory is coming to North America and Europe. The news should not be terribly surprising, seeing as how the other two entries made it over here. Nis America has even revealed what the box art will look like:
In a world rife with dark, gritty, serious games, it nice to see NIS America publishing light hearted, humors games to give us a break. For the uninitiated, Hypedimension is a humorous take on the console wars, which revolve around Neptunia (who is the personification of the failed Sega Neptune).
Hypedimension Neptunia Victory looks to add some improvements to the second game of the series. The combat system is being done so you can freely move your units around the battle field, which will add some strategic depth to the system. You can send scouts to gather some info on the dungeon you are exploring, activate different events with a flag system when your scouts return, and more customization options. Plus there is to be some more moe, if that is even possible.
NIS America has announced that they are going to publish the third title into the quirky Hyperdimension series March 13, 2013 for North America and March 15, 2013 for Europe exclusively for the PlayStation 3.
