Hyper Light Drifter Finally Gets a Release Date

<p>I&&num;8217&semi;ve been anxiously awaiting news on <em>Hyper Light Drifter<&sol;em>&&num;8216&semi;s release date since it was posted as a Kickstarter back in September of 2013&period; Its beautiful pixel art and seemingly frantic combat seems to lend itself greatly to a <em>Legend of Zelda<&sol;em>-esque adventure&period; Now we know that the game will be released on March 31&comma; 2016 &lpar;that&&num;8217&semi;s just over a week&excl;&rpar; for PC and Mac&period; Along with this announcement&comma; a trailer was released which you can watch above&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The trailer is beautiful&comma; with Disasterpeace&&num;8217&semi;s score being placed front and center&period; Best known for his work on <em>Fez <&sol;em>and the recent horror film&comma; <em>It Follows<&sol;em>&comma; Rich &&num;8220&semi;Disasterpeace&&num;8221&semi; Vreeland isn&&num;8217&semi;t the only notable member of the Heart Machine crew&period; <em>Samurai Gunn<&sol;em>&&num;8216&semi;s creator&comma; Beau Blyth&comma; is working on the game alongside plenty of other notable members of the indie scene&period; Heart Machine is looking to make something unique and wonderful&comma; and it already seems to be playing on some of my favourite games to make it happen&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Hyper Light Drifter <&sol;em>will be available on PC and Mac on March 31st&comma; 2016&period; Consoles versions of the game will be coming soon&comma; but not until later in the year&period; Lets just be thankful we&&num;8217&semi;re finally getting this game&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Source&colon; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;kickstarter&period;com&sol;projects&sol;1661802484&sol;hyper-light-drifter&sol;posts&sol;1518661">Hyper Light Drifter Kickstarter<&sol;a><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
