The PC indie hit I Am Bread will release for the PlayStation 4 at some point in the next two months. Developer Bossa Studios, who also created Surgeon Simulator, have recorded a special video for the announcement which you can watch above. Fans of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air will recognise the tune.
I Am Bread tasks the player with controlling a slice of bread and becoming toast. In a post on the PlayStation Blog, designer Luke Williams explained how he came up with the idea. “I think I was making toast at the time, and it just seemed like a viable goal for a bread to have,” he said. “I then thought if I didn’t have a toaster how would I make my toast and bam, potential game idea!”
