Well mods, a pretty nice way to expand a life of a game. DayZ is a newer mod for ArmA 2 and it is a realistic zombie survival game. The mod puts players into a huge open world where zombies, players, and animals roam.
The zombies are the fast moving types. They will sprint at you and try to kill you. You usually don’t see many zombies at a time but if you do, you better run. If you were to get bitten, then you will have to find a bandage. Or worst, lose enough blood and have to get a blood transfusion. There is also a PvP element into the game where trusting players may be a bad thing.
DayZ has gotten so big now, that ArmA 2 sales have gone up 500%. The mod is in alpha stage of development and isn’t expecting a official release for awhile. The game requires you to have ArmA 2: Global Offensive. If you wish to play DayZ, then click on the link below.
