(THRED) is a new iOS game which has launched on Apple’s iTunes store which has promised to donate all money generated from in-app purchases (after taxes for obvious reasons) to The Global Fund which fights not only Aids but Tubercurlosis and Malaria.

The developers of the game are BitMonster and is run by Lee Perry who previously worked at Epic on a little known title called “Gears of War”.

The game sees you take control of a spacecraft which dashes down a tube which has numerous turns inside of it whilst you collect white blobs whilst avoiding black and red. Whilst it may sound like your basic run-of-the-mill iOS game in this respect it is important to note, as we mentioned above, that all in-app purchases go towards helping some very important cases.

Will you be giving the game a try?
