Ever since the device was first rumored to be in production, many people were expecting Apple’s new iPhone 5C (The ‘C’ standing for ‘Colorful’) to bring with it many more sales to the company due to it being snapped up due to it being seen as a more ‘affordable’ price for consumers. According to a report from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners, Apple’s ‘unapoligeticaly plastic’ device isn’t performing as well as what is expected in terms of sales, with the iPhone 5S outselling it dramatically. The report states that the iphone 5S accounted for a total of 64% in US iPhone sales in September whilst the iPhone 5C accounted for 27%. The remaining 19% is obviously from the iPhone 4S/iPhone 4.
