<p>A new turn based Japanese RPG, <em>Legend of Legacy</em>, has been announced for a North American release.</p>
<p>Previously published in January 2015, <em>Legend of Legacy</em> is set to be published by Atlus this Fall for North America. In the game, you explore the island of Avalon, and each of the 7 characters included has their own path and ending in the game. However, when they discover a singing stone, they receive illusions of Avalon&#8217;s partly unknown history. The gameplay is set up by a three-party system, and it is classless. It is up to the player to make each character to play a physical, defensive or supporting role. Atlus has also mentioned that there will be gameplay balance tweaks in the North American version. Screenshots have accompanied the announcement.</p>

<p>The talent involved in <em>Legend of Legacy</em> include the composer of<em> Final Fantasy XIII,</em> Masashi Hamauzu, <em>SaGA</em> series illustrator Tomoni Kobayashi, <em>Chrono Trigger</em> writer Masato Kata, <em>SaGa</em> series game designer Kyoji Koizumi and Masataka Matsuura who is known for his work on <em>999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors. </em></p>
<p><em>Legend of Legacy</em> is coming to the Nintendo 3DS for $39.99 (US) and $49.99 (Canada) physically and digitally on the Nintendo eShop.</p>
