Join In The Fun As Uncharted 3’s Multiplayer Mode Becomes Free-To-Play

Naughty Dog (developers of Bandicoots and guys with guns) has announced that the multiplayer mode of Uncharted 3 is now available to download and play for free.

The free-to-play version will allow players to join in competitive multiplayer matches until they reach level 15. Once this limit has been reached then a $5 payment can be made to raise the cap to level 25 where you’ll be asked to pay another $20 to remove the cap altogether.

Whilst it is worth nothing that none of the map packs are included in this free version, it is a great way to experience the game’s multiplayer mode and see if you would enjoy the Uncharted series.

As well as paying to increase/remove the level cap you can pay $10 to download the co-op Arena or $12 to get the co-op Adventure.

Finally, if all the talk of these numbers is hurting your brain then you could simply pay out $40.00 for the Game of the Year Edition which includes all of the DLC available for the title.
