With a figure which would terrify many business owners, Ouya CEO Julie Uhram has confirmed that only 27% of Ouya owners have actually purchased software.

This came after an interview with The Verge, which saw the CEO state that “these numbers will grow”.

This story comes days after Bagogames posted a news story covering the various ‘success’ of numerous developers who have managed to break even after two weeks of being available on the console.

Things do seem positive, however; Ouya has gone from 8,000 registered developers (March 2012) to 21,000 developers (July 2013).

Do you think Ouya will survive?
