Last year, we were told that Batman would be throwing down with Superman in 2016. This Comic Con, we finally have our first look at just what sets them off – or rather, Batman.
Courtesy of Warner Bros. Pictures, Comic Con 2015 attendees as well as the Internet get a glimpse at just what’s going on in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. You might still wonder that by the new trailer’s end. “The red capes are coming!” so we hear.
In it, we see that the world’s changed a lot since Kal-El leveled some of it in 2013’s The Man of Steel, especially for one billionaire playboy, Bruce Wayne. Both he and the government apparently hold Superman responsible in part for the lives lost in his battle against Kryptonian General Zod over Metropolis two years prior. And Batman’s bat sh*t crazy for some Superman punching action.
Beyond its two lead stars in question, trailer’s highlights a variety of other players, including Superman’s soon-to-be mortal enemy, a hippy-haired Lex Luthor.
