Kazuo Hirai announced that he will be stepping down as Representative Director and Chairman of Sony Computer Entertainment in order to take his new post of President and CEO of the entire Sony Corporation. Hirai will remain on the board of directors on a part time basis.
Howard Stringer has announced that he is retiring from his part time role on the board, Andrew House remains as Representative Director, President and Group CEO.
