Kevin Spacey Solves Problems in Newest Call of Duty Trailer

Politicians don’t know how to solve problems, but President Jonathan Irons does. Every problem, that is, except when to launch a launch trailer.

More than two weeks ahead of schedule, Christmas is being teased early for CoD players with Activision’s Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare “launch” trailer popping up online long before Sledgehammer Games releases its mech-suits onto the cross-gen battlefield.

In it, you’re bound to see the usual: bullets, explosions, robots, helicopters, shouting, Kevin Spacey’s 1080p rendered face, but not necessarily in that order. We also get our very fist third-person look at what’s assumed to be our lead character, Private Jack Mitchell, strutting in front of a fighter jet like Tom Cruise. Note that he looks more like a black-haired Troy Baker than Troy Baker does. New-gen technology will do that.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare releases Nov. 3rd in North America and the next day for everywhere else except Japan (releasing Nov. 13th) for Xbox One, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC. The company recently revealed that the game will be skipping the Wii U, a first for the series since 2009’s Modern Warfare 2 skipped out on the original Wii.

The game’s all-new exoskeleton carries over into multiplayer, offering a new movement system for players to chain together boost actions like double-jumps, dodges, and dashes. Players can additionally create new weapon mods in the revamped Create-a-Class and outfit your operator to earn additional weapons and gear through in-game Supply Drops.

Advanced Warfare is available now for pre-order along with a special 1 terabyte Xbox One this holiday along with a specially decorate controller. The extra memory might just come in handy with the extra big update that Master Chief’s going to ask of you this Nov. 11th.
