There is a new Kirby amiibo and a new game coming this summer from Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS.
Kirby: Planet Robobot lets the player play as none other than the great Kirby and obtain the special Robobot Armor to save Planet Popstar! This special Robobot Armor is shape-shifting and is extremely powerful against all enemies standing against Kirby, provided that the player knows what mode to use. The various available modes the armor can transform into are: Bomb Mode, Spark Mode, Cutter Mode, Fire Mode, Jet Mode, Beam Mode, Wheel Mode and Sword Mode.
Good ol’ Kirby’s copy ability is better than ever in Kirby: Planet Robobot. His talent of inhaling enemies to copy their own ability is back and now there are twenty different copy abilities available for making enemy fights amazing or even interesting. Plus, each of the four new amiibo that are launching alongside Kirby: Planet Robobot will grant Kirby a special copy ability and costume.

Kirby: Planet Robobot for the 3DS will be released on June 10th in North America. The Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede and Waddle Dee amiibo will also launch on June 10th.
