Kylo Ren Featured In New LEGO Star Wars Trailer

Darth Vader fanboy and leader of the First Order, Kylo Ren, has been featured in a new character spot for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Voiced by the actual actor, Adam Driver, Kylo Ren is featured in the cutscenes of the game in Travellers Tales’ signature humor style with the LEGO series. Other actors include Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Lupita Nyong’o, Oscar Isaac, and Max von Sydow.

This game does not just follow the events of the movie. It also includes extra scenes that the movie skips past. This includes: Han Solo and Chewbacca capturing the Rathtars, Lor San Tekka’s backstory and how he found the Jakku village, Poe Dameron saving Admiral Ackbar, C-3PO’s red arm and how he got it, how the Resistance and the First Order found Lor San Tekka, and how the Crimson Corsair stopped the First Order’s plans.

The game is also an evolution of the LEGO video game formula. It includes a new mechanic called multi-building, which offers multiple building options to solve a puzzle and third person shooting from an in-cover angle.

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released for *deep breath* PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, Vita, and 3DS on June 28th. That’s a lot of bricks!
