The Last of Us: Remastered Does not Feature More Single-Player Content

The Last of Us: Remastered

Developer Naughty Dog has confirmed that The Last of Us: Remastered will not feature further single-player content.

Community strategist Arne Meyer elaborated to Digital Spy what gamers should be expecting from the upcoming Remastered version:

“We just wanted to say when we released the Remastered version, we know there’s a lot of DLC out there, and that we weren’t going to stop supporting both the PS3 and PS4 versions.

“We do have some DLC planned, it’ll be multiplayer focused. We’re not ready to talk about the details yet, but throughout the rest of the year we’ll have some DLC drops.”

It has also been confirmed that The Last of Us‘ latest DLC will be available for purchase across both the PS3 and PS4.

The Last of Us: Remastered will be enhanced visually for the PlayStation 4 and contains all of the previous DLC from the PlayStation 3 version, including the only single-player chapter created for the critically acclaimed title, Left Behind.

The Last of Us: Remastered is scheduled for release on July 29th exclusively for PS4.
