Fans of the Lego video games and Lord of the Rings rejoiced when leaked images of a video game were seen on a now-removed listing on ShopTo’s website.
Toy versions of the new Lego Lord of the Rings line are due to launch later this year. Early versions of the toy displayed logos for the Lego video game developer Traveller’s Tales and Publisher Warner Bros.
The ShopTo listing for the Xbox 360 version of the game has an October 26 release date. The product page has now been removed, but it is still viewable via Google’s naughty cache.
The Lego Lord of the Rings game would fit well with the upcoming toy line and the upcoming Hobbit film.
