Everyone’s favorite LEGO super heroes are back in action to save the LEGO world from coming apart once again. At the annual New York Comic Con, a new story trailer for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 was released and does it ever look smashing! This game’s story is co-written by comic book legend Kurt Busiek (Marvels, anyone?) and introduces us to Kang. Kang is out to take over the world and it is up to our heroes to stop him. Cosmo, the Russian space dog who just happens to be telepathic, is the only one who knows what evil is about to happen. It is up to Cosmo to alert our heroes so they can save LEGO Earth. Good thing he’s friends with the Guardians of the Galaxy.
To make Kang EVEN cooler, he is voiced by none other than Amazon’s current The Tick actor and former Darth Maul voice, Peter Serafinowicz, so I wonder if there will be some well themed jokes about that in the cut scenes. Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 releases for the Xbox One, PS4, Switch and Windows on November 14, just in time for a shameless Thor: Ragnarok tie in.
