<p>According to Funcom&#8217;s <a href="https://register.funcom.com/authriver/?redirect=/user/login/sso&;language=en" target="_blank">website</a>, Lego Minifigures Online will be going into open beta this coming June. Having recently secured an additional $1.6 million in funding, the game will be coming out of closed beta, which it has been in since the fall of 2013.</p>
<p>Lego Minifigures Online is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game that is being geared towards children. In game, players will be able to collect various types of Lego toys as well as explore different worlds. To date, the confirmed worlds have themes that are centered around outer space, pirates, and medieval times.</p>
<p>For those looking to signup for the beta, head on over to their <a href="http://www.playminifigures.com/en" target="_blank">website</a>. The game will be playable on Windows PC and only available in &#8220;select markets&#8221;. Depending on how the beta does, Funcom is looking to release the game later this summer.</p>
