<p>As we reported earlier this week, Sega are attempting to sue Level-5 (The creators of Professor Layton and Inazuma Eleven) over a patent they hold involving touch screen controls. Sega are seeking 900 Million Yen (£6.8 million) in damages and it has also been revealed that the company want the eight Inazuma Eleven games to be pulled from the market.</p>
<p>Level-5 have released a press statement claiming; <i>“Inazuma Eleven does not violate Sega’s patents”</i>. The company then goes on to note that the first title in the Inazuma Eleven series was released in 2008 whilst Sega’s patent was not filed until 2009.</p>
