Mobile gaming continues to grow year on year, and while many hardcore, lifelong gamers have scoffed at mobile games, the industry continues to grow and present numerous offerings for all types of gamers. Many may think of mobile gaming as merely fluff such as Cut the Rope or Angry Birds, games designed to be played by anyone and offer minimal challenge, but there are more options than ever before. Many companies have been porting classic games over to mobile devices for a while now, such as Rockstar and their assorted Grand Theft Auto games. The games are usually updated with crisper graphics for newer phones, and touchscreen controls that best utilize the technology offered to the players. Being able to play Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, or Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic wherever you want is definitely a plus for the lifelong gamer.
