The Japanese magazine Famitsu have released information about a new 3DS game from Capcom.
The new game is called EX Troopers, an action-shooter currently in development for PlayStation 3 and Nintendo 3DS, centers itself on a fight between the snow pirates and Akrid aliens on EDN-3rd. The player will play as man that goes by the name of Bren Turner, a new arrival to the academy from EDN-2nd. The narrative will be told through manga sequences.
The magazine has also revealed another character called TeeKee, a female snow pirate who has the power to communicate with the Akrid, and Gingira, a Vital Suit that holds a next-generation AI.
The planet is EDN-3rd plane, like the one within the Lost Planet game, with three bases and each base gives the player an unique trait. Shintaro Kojima is part of the development, who worked on the Monster Hunter series.
