The Wasteland just got a little bigger for one of its crazy-eyed survivors. Mad Max has some new friends along for his wild ride and they’re none too friendly.
The game’s latest trailer goes indoors for a change to showcase the Wasteland’s strongholds, hidden bases for the world’s scavengers and resident psychos that somehow hold “pieces” to the puzzle of his past. They’ll also figure into his struggle against the Wasteland’s supreme tyrant, the unfortunately named Scrotus.
The strongholds also include a number of equally peculiar characters, including people named Jeet, Gutgash, Pink Eye and Deep Friah. Yup, you read that right.
Mad Max releases this Sept. 1st for one big, explosive day alongside Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
If you haven’t seen it already, there’s another Mad Max you might like as well this summer. Chances are he might talk just as much.
