The light novel series, Magical Girl Raising (Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku), by Asari Endou and Maruino will become an anime.
The ongoing series from 2012 also was adapted to a drama CD in 2014. The series involves a social network game that actually gives the female players a chance to participate in a lottery that turns 1 in 10,000 girls into a genuine magical girl. There’s a problem with this game though is that the game makes too many players into magical girls resulting in a terrifying survival game to keep the number of magical girls down to a minimum.
