As if the new entry in the Metal Gear series didn’t already have enough cyborgy goodness with players controlling batshit insane cyborg ninja, Raiden, Konami has brought to Gamescom mostly the same trailer that they showed at E3, with one exception. An effing robot chainsaw dog.
To be an exact, it’s a talking robot-like dog that has a giant chainsaw swinging from it’s tail. It is shown attacking Raiden in one scene but then is later shown, having been re-purposed as a companion. We are currently unsure how much of a role this companion will have in the actual gameplay but, this game just keeps becoming more and more of a geek’s wet dream.
Oh, yeah and the trailer shows that the game will be out on February 21st, 2013, check it out above.
