Michelle MacLaren, director of some of today’s best television, is the front-runner in line to direct the Wonder Woman movie. Her directorial talents includes Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and most recently the upcoming Better Call Saul. The Wonder Woman movie that will star Gal Gadot as the lead has a list of possible directors and Warner Brothers is certainly looking for a female director for the project. Neither WB or MacLaren’s people are giving an official word yet.
Gal Gadot is currently set to appear in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice due out in 2016 with the Wonder Woman movie initially set for a theatrical release on June 23, 2017.
