If we learnt anything from E3 last week it is that Microsoft has a lot of work ahead of it if it wants to recapture its audience and convince more people to put down the money for their next generation console. We revealed yesterday news that the PlayStation 4 was out selling the Xbox One on preorders already after major US online retailers revealed sales data to the public. But has Microsoft got a trump card up its sleeve?

Speaking to Polygon, a Microsoft Rep said:
“I can confirm that Microsoft Studios games on Xbox One will be $59.99 (MSRP)”.

The quote also brings worry to gamers worldwide however. Simply by saying “Microsoft Studios games” isn’t enough for Microsoft to convince gamers that they should buy the (already more expensive) Xbox One over the PlayStation 4 although if third-publishers such as Activision and Electronic Arts charge more for their games on both consoles gamers will be right back at square one.
