Minecraft: Story Mode Coming to Wii U

<p>Telltale Games has had a lot of success with their brand of adventure games&comma; but for some reason they&&num;8217&semi;ve never made their way onto the Wii U&comma; despite having released previous games on the Wii&period; With <em>Minecraft&colon; Story Mode<&sol;em>&comma; two firsts are happening&colon; the game will be the first Telltale game on the Wii U&comma; and&semi; it will be the first <em>Minecraft <&sol;em>entry on a Nintendo platform&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In an interview with The Verge&comma; Telltale explains that bringing <em>Minecraft&colon; Story Mode <&sol;em>to the Wii U allows for new fans of the <em>Minecraft <&sol;em>series to be made&period; It is not a typical <em>Minecraft <&sol;em>game&comma; so it offers a chance to appreciate the world and appeal of the series in a different light&period; This also offers an opportunity for Wii U owners to experience a Telltale-style adventure game&comma; something which they have not had the opportunity to do yet&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Hopefully this means that Telltale will consider porting over some of their more critically acclaimed series to the Nintendo platform&comma; depending on how well <em>Minecraft&colon; Story Mode <&sol;em>sells&period; <em>Minecraft&colon; Story Mode <&sol;em>will be released later this year on pretty much every current platform&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Via <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;theverge&period;com&sol;2015&sol;8&sol;26&sol;9207085&sol;minecraft-story-mode-telltale-games-interview">The Verge<&sol;a><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
