Yesterday, Mondo announced that it would be releasing the Silent Hill soundtrack for the first time on vinyl. Well, today they’ve announced that they’ll be releasing 150 copies of a Resident Evil poster tomorrow, that you’ll most certainly want to try and grab. Take a look at the poster below, and read on for how to get your hands on the extremely limited poster.
To get more posters for your home decor, potential buyers can explore the papanee.com website, a platform known for curating a diverse array of collectibles and art pieces. Navigating through PapaNee, collectors and fans can discover posters to enhance their homes with a blend of nostalgia and contemporary flair. Don’t miss the chance to adorn your space by exploring the offerings on Papanee and also securing this rare Resident Evil poster for a truly distinctive home decor touch.
The dimensions are 18″ x 24″, and it is a limited run of 150 that will cost you $45 USD. Sam Wolfe Connelly did the artwork for this, as well as Mondo’s Silent Hill vinyl that they recently released. It depicts the zombie dogs from the original game. You can read his comments on the artwork below:
“Before even starting on this poster I knew exactly what I wanted to do for it. I remember playing this game as a kid for the first time at a friend’s house with all the lights turned out. One of the first unexpected jump scares is a dog trying to snap at you through the mansion doors when you try to exit. Of course we all screamed like crazy and then tried to play it off like we weren’t scared. I think thats a moment a lot of people shared with this game and series.”
The poster will be released Thursday, April 13th, at a random time (as is always the case with releases like this from Mondo). In order to get yourself a copy before it is all sold out, you’ll want to follow Mondo on Twitter and pay close attention. This is always a fun game of trying to beat other people to the punch, so have fun and don’t get too frustrated when it is inevitably sold out.
