Mortal Kombat X Announcement Trailer

<p>After various hints&comma; images&comma; and a lot of hype &lpar;mostly coming from <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;twitter&period;com&sol;noobde">Ed Boon&&num;8217&semi;s twitter feed<&sol;a>&rpar; <em>Mortal Kombat X<&sol;em> has officially been announced as the next instalment in the brutal fighting franchise&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Though the trailer is clearly CG rather than legit gameplay footage&comma; it does hint at new mechanics including interactive environments &lpar;a la <em>Injustice&colon; Gods Among Us<&sol;em>&rpar; and the return of the x-ray moves from the previous <em>Mortal Kombat<&sol;em> game&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Confirmed to launch on consoles both old and new&comma; <em>Mortal Kombat X<&sol;em> will be available for the PlayStation 3&comma; PlayStation 4&comma; Xbox 360&comma; Xbox One&comma; and PC and is slated for 2015&period; The game will make its first public appearance at E3 next week&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
