Moving Your Wii Saves & Content to Wii U

<p>IGN have reported how the new console’s operations manual informs users how to make the move of Wii Saves&comma; WiiWare and Virtual Console titles&sol;saves to the new Wii U&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>From the post on IGN it seems that the new transferring-method is similar to that of 3DS to 3DS XL where BOTH consoles need to be on &lpar;yes&comma; that means either you have both the Wii and Wii U set up on the same TV or across two TV’s&rpar; whilst connected to your wireless broadband&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>While this may seem initially simple&comma; you are also required to download the transfer application from the Wii Shop as well as following on-screen instructions&comma; obviously not available from the manual&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>As more and more sites&sol;journalists get their hands on the Wii U as we move closer and closer to the North American US launch we can only imagine that elements of the new console such as this will be made clearer&period; We’ll let you know as soon as we get updated&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<blockquote><p>&lbrack;Source&colon; <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;uk&period;ign&period;com&sol;articles&sol;2012&sol;11&sol;07&sol;first-details-on-wii-to-wii-u-save-transfers">IGN<&sol;a>&rsqb;<&sol;p><&sol;blockquote>&NewLine;
