Let’s face it, there are two weapons we all really want, the Portal Gun and the Gravity Gun, but I think we’d really be able to do more with the Gravity Gun. Mostly because it can move cars & people. NECA knows this, and despite technology not being awesome enough to give us real Gravity Guns, they’ve still seen fit to make replicas of it; and more than the Portal Gun at that.
As detailed on the NECA blog, the Gravity Gun replica is set to release in the Spring of 2013. Quantities will be limited, however, but pre-orders are said to begin soon. The replica will also be making an appearance at the NY Toy Fair this February, should you want to get a look at it before it officially releases.
I can’t express enough how much I’d love to have one of these (who cares if I have no room for it!), and hey, should real Gravity Guns come out within our lifetimes, I’d have two!
Let’s hope pricing is next on NECA’s ‘to reveal’ list.
